QuickBooks & Quicken Instructions

 

Home Bank & Trust Co. is upgrading to a new mobile and online banking system March 10, 2025. This upgrade requires that you make changes to your QuickBooks and Quicken software. Please take action to ensure a smooth transition.

 

Please use these two dates and instructions to prepare and complete the upgrade:

 

• March 7, First Action Date:

A data file backup and a final transaction download should be completed by March 7. Please be sure to complete the final download BEFORE March 7 since transaction history might not be available after the upgrade.

 

• March 10, Second Action Date:

Complete the remaining steps of your upgrade on March 10. You will complete the deactivate/reactivate of your online banking connection to ensure that you get your current QuickBooks or Quicken account set up with the new upgrade.

Intuit aggregation services may be interrupted for 305 business days. Users are encouraged to download a QFX/QBO file during this outage. QuickBooks Online Express Web Connect and Quicken Win/Mac Express Web Connect may not work during the outage. Please carefully review your downloaded transactions after completing the upgrade instructions to ensure no transactions were duplicated or missed on the register.
